Mostly Finished Perler Sugarcube Corner Storefront

Description

Hi guys, I know it's been awhile since I've posted, so since I haven't gotten any orders after Bronycon I decided I would do something way different than usual, (but still stick to ponies, hurr durr), and make a building rather than a living creature. Before I started making this I was thinking how cute it would be to make an entire perler box of the store and have separately decorated interior walls on the inside of the cube. Now I'm thinking about how impossible that would be at the rate I've been working on this! There was a lot more detail work involved than the typical pony I would make this size, and it did take a good hour longer, but I think the time and effort was worth mostly finishing it.

"What do you mean 'mostly finished', I think everything is- oh, Pinkie's second floor isn't there. Oh, I guess neither the sign nor the mailbox is there either."

Yeah, I'm not going to lie, I've been procrastinating on making anything after Bronycon due equally to other activities in my life going on in August as well as just general laziness. So I completed half of this like a week and a half ago and then just left it there until this afternoon. When I realized that there wasn't enough desk space for the tower to fit in, (Surprise, cleaning off the desk is another thing I'm procrastinating!), I just said "screw it, I'll make it and iron it together later!" So don't be surprised if another post with the second floor along with separate sign and mailbox perlers. Then again, don't be surprised if I don't fix it because of life and/or laziness.

Because it's not really complete I'm not going to make an Etsy listing for this unless someone specifically messages me about it and we agree on a price. If you plan on messaging me, just know that this took me about 3 1/2 hours to make and $6 in materials. I will however, post a link to the vector I was constantly looking at as a reference.
